Jhon's washed Tabi is one of the coffees we look forward to the most. His coffee is complex and entirely unique with notes of nectarine, watermelon and starfruit.

For the first time on our menu - coffee from the remote region of Tarqui in Huila, Colombia - Naun Ramos' Washed Colombia. We taste a juicy cup of honeydew melon, tropical fruit, lime, and raspberry cookie finish.

It’s an honour for us to share yet another special coffee from the Ortega-Gómez family. We find smooth notes of white melon, cherry floral, and caramel.

Grown by our friends at Monkaaba in San Agustin, Huila, this naturally decaffeinated lot will have you thinking differently about decaf. By using the sugarcane 'EA' decaffeination process, sweetness is enhanced, and a small amount of fruit flavour is also imbued in the coffee. We taste dark chocolate, cane sugar, honey & citrus fruits.
