This is a super special lot from Esnaider Ortega-Gómez and Diego Leguízamo. In the cup you’ll find the ginger and pineapple profile of Esnaider’s Sidra meet with the stonefruit and florals of Diego’s Gesha to create a juicy and syrupy cup that explodes with sweetness.

Jesus 'Chungo' Galeas' La Valeria Natural Pacamara

This natural Pacamara is a perfect example of Jesus 'Chungo' Galeas' meticulous, ambitious, and focused approach to his processing. While the coffee is undoubtedly more “funky” than a washed coffee, it retains structure and complexity with sticky sweetness of tropical fruit and white chocolate.

Allan Melgar's Natural Catuai

This lot from Allan Melgar is the first natural coffee we ever purchased from Guatemala — we find rich notes of dark chocolate, black cherry, and pineapple.

Fugi Urakoze Umusaza's Washed Red Bourbon

Urakoze Umusaza translates roughly from Kinyrwanda to "Thank you, Old Man" and is a name of reverence and respect for the senior generation of coffee producers of the Fugi Washing Station of Baho Coffee. This particular lot is incredibly unique due to its long fermentation which gives deep notes of rich Puer tea and a backbone of stonefruit & florals.

Facundo Maldonado's Washed Bourbon & Catuai

It is our joy to present to the specialty world the lifelong labour of Don Facundo Maldonado and family. The soaring altitude of near 1900masl leads to a slow cherry maturation, developing deep sweetness of brown sugar, backed with jammy notes of green fruit and a hazelnut finish.

Daniel Orantes' Washed Catuai

This is our first harvest supporting Daniel as a coffee grower, as it is his first international sale. The first results are impressive - a juicy cup full of tangerine, milk chocolate, and berries.

Esnaider Ortega-Gómez's Washed Yellow Caturra

It’s an honour for us to share yet another special coffee from the Ortega-Gómez family. We find smooth notes of white melon, cherry floral, and caramel.
